On the coingecko.com website, we are getting reports from users that the search bar is not working. Users are able to fill in "BTC" in the search bar, but are not able to retrieve a list of results. Describe 3 possible causes for this cause. For each scenario, describe the tools or method you would use to verify the root-cause, and optionally their respective fixes. Supplement your response with images, stacktraces etc. that may be helpful.✱
