Responsibilities:
- Lead the experience strategy and design direction across digital products (App + Web).
- Analyze user journeys to identify and improve key touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure delivery.
- Balance business objectives with user experience, ensuring consistency and refinement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor experiences, and propose actionable improvements.
Requirements:
- 6–8 years of product/UX design experience.
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in cross-team collaboration and driving project delivery.
- Experience with trading or finance-related products is a plus.
