What you’ll do
- Lead business development initiatives within the payments industry primarily in the Philippines with some regional expansion
- Build, manage and grow strategic relationships with merchants, corporate clients, remittance partners, banking and payment partners
- Work with product team to develop new products/services for our payments partners
- Supporting other Web3 business development initiatives including crypto payments, token listings and NFTs
- Keep up-to-date with industry/consumer trends and initiate change when necessary to best serve our partners and users
What you’ll need
- Minimum 5-8 years experience with a leading fintech, payments company or bank
- Deep understanding of the entire payments value chain, from a product and business perspective
- Motivated, self-starter with a passion for payments and crypto
- Ability to work cross-functionally, take responsibility and be data and results driven
- Fluency in English with outstanding communication and presentation skills
