Responsibilities:

    • Document Management:
    • Maintain and organize all company documents.
    • Ensure timely filing and retrieval of documents.
    • Manage both physical and electronic document systems.
    • Banking and Financial Management:
    • Handle local banking communications/physical visit when required.
    • Assist with financial filings and compliance.
    • Communication Coordination:
    • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
    • Manage correspondence with banks, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
    • Regulatory Compliance Support:
    • Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory filings.
    • Maintain up-to-date records of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
    • Contract Management:
    • Keep track of and manage company contracts and agreements.
    • Ensure contracts are properly stored and organized.
    • Administrative Support:
    • Provide general administrative support to the team.
    • Handle office management tasks, including ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
    • Assist with travel arrangements when necessary.
    • Provide support for special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in an administrative or similar role 3yrs++.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Offices.
    • Knowledge of Crypto industry  is a plus.
