Overview:We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team at Coins.ph. As a Senior BI Analyst, you will be responsible for tracking business KPIs across departments and leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will play a key role in budgeting and forecasting activities to align with our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- 1. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to track key business KPIs across departments.
- 2. Collaborate with department heads to identify relevant KPIs and establish benchmarks for performance measurement.
- 3. Analyze data trends and patterns to identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement.
- 4. Work closely with the finance team to develop budgeting and forecasting models based on historical data and business objectives.
- 5. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
- 6. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business challenges or opportunities.
- 7. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data collection and validation.
- 8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
Qualifications:
- 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 2. At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- 3. Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- 6. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling is a plus.
- 7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- 8. Experience in crypto, consumer internet, fintech, payments firms is a plus.
