About the Role

    • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on managing and improving vendor-related operations, including invoice processing, performance evaluation, accreditation, and contract management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring we maintain strong relationships with reliable and high-performing vendors while driving cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

    • 1. Software Vendor Invoice Payment
    • Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices.
    • Track and reconcile purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices.
    • Resolve discrepancies or issues with vendors related to billing and payment.
    • 2. Software Vendor Performance & Assessment Execution
    • Develop and implement vendor performance evaluation criteria.
    • Conduct regular performance assessments based on quality, delivery timelines, service level, and compliance.
    • Maintain records and reports on vendor performance trends for decision-making.
    • 3. Software Vendor Accreditation Execution
    • Manage the end-to-end vendor accreditation process, including documentation collection, compliance checks, and onboarding approvals.
    • Ensure vendors meet all internal policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain an updated and compliant list of accredited vendors.
    • 4. Software Vendor Research and Comparison
    • Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential vendors.
    • Analyze vendor offerings, pricing structures, service levels, and reputations.
    • Prepare comparison reports to support informed vendor selection decisions.
    • 5. Software Vendor Contract Maintenance
    • Maintain a centralized repository of all vendor contracts and related documents.
    • Monitor contract expiration dates, renewal terms, and compliance obligations.
    • Coordinate with legal and business units for contract updates or renegotiations.

Must Haves

    • Experience in procuring software contracts.
    • Fluency in English (both speaking and writing).
    • Need to have tech experience or understanding of tech.
    • Need to have understanding of payments structure and terms.
    • Highly Desirable
    • Experience in managing hundreds of software contracts.
    • Worked with software vendors across the globe.
