What you'll do
- Build pipeline of candidates through variety of sourcing channels
- Contacting and engaging candidates, managing their experience throughout the process
- Qualifying candidates for competency and cultural fit
- Managing and driving full recruitment process including interview, feedback and offer process
- Managing multiple candidate channels including referrals, advertising and other campaigns
- Working with HR Business partners on some internal processes
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring criteria, align on industry standard and the needs of the organization
- Working with department heads to identify the talent upgrading and hire senior talents from crypto industry
What we expect from you
- 5+ years sourcing and recruitment experience for a tech startup/large technology company/recruitment agencies
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels(job sites, social networks, references etc).
- Experienced in crypto or payment related industry is a must
- Knowledge of the candidate market and companies
- English language - no lower Intermediate level (you will conduct interview with candidates all over the world)
