Principal Responsibilities:
- Design the asset trading products including backend and frontend/UX scope.
- Provide product roadmap based on the life cycle characteristics of the product, competitive analysis, user feedback and data.
- Collect product feedback from internal and external sources, and optimize the product plan through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Monitor the project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, marketing team, operations, compliance/legal and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience working in finance/fintech industry.
- Possess rigorous logical thinking, excellent teamwork awareness and communication skills, and be able to organize and coordinate resources to solve problems and achieve goals between different departments.
- Be proactive, enthusiastic, responsible to users and the team.
- Experience in designing or trading financial products such as stocks, funds, forex, futures, options, etc.
