Position Overview
Are you passionate about building meaningful relationships and providing exceptional customer service? As aCustomer Service Representative, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver personalized support, anticipate customer needs, and ensure an outstanding experience. What You’ll Do
- Build professional relationships with customers by personalizing communication and delivering exceptional support.
- Provide technical assistance while using critical thinking to anticipate and address customer needs.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and self-motivation to succeed both individually and as part of a team.
- Use excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Quickly learn and navigate new software, while confidently using multiple computer screens and internet tabs simultaneously.
- Handle obstacles with grace, accuracy, and urgency while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Work independently in a remote environment, meeting deadlines and achieving performance goals.

Schedule
- Set schedule with varying shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET.
- Rotational weekend availability required.
- Some holiday coverage may be required.
