We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to join our team. The Business Operations Intern will work closely with the Head of Business Operations and other team members to support various aspects of our business operations. This internship offers valuable experience in areas such as process improvement and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

    • Data Analysis: Organize data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to our business operations. Develop dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
    • Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify inefficiencies in current processes and suggest improvements. Assist in documenting updated procedures and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business/data analysis or a related field.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics or other data analysis tools.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
$20 - $20 an hour
