As the [Director/Manager] of Revenue Operations, you will support the Operations Team, Sales Team and Marketing Team and eventually be responsible for building out a Business Operations Team. You will oversee and manage all aspects of C[i]’s revenue operations technology stack, as well as other aspects of C[i]’s corporate IT function. You will also interpret data from various departments to make strategic decisions and implement plans of action to achieve business objectives. Success means providing the support and information required for the Operations, Sales and Marketing Teams to operate efficiently.


    • Act as the business owner for all sales and marketing technology, including Pardot, Salesforce, DemandTools, Groove and ZoomInfo, and other business technologies, including Jira
    • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to establish governance for CRM usage and modifications
    • Ensure all revenue technology systems are properly configured and integrated with each other
    • Build marketing campaigns in Pardot with specific requirements from Marketing leadership
    • Build reports and dashboards as needed by various teams to help visualize performance metrics. Examples include building KPI dashboards and reports on the status of our sales funnel  
    • Work with InfoSec Team to ensure the integrity of our data in all revenue technology
    • Work with Operations Team to administer a vendor management platform and manage usage and software licenses related to C[i]’s internal tech stack
    • Cooperate with C[i]’s Integration Team to address Salesforce issues related to C[i]’s application
    • Oversee C[i]’s IT support and help desk function, including managing C[i]’s third party help desk service provider
    • Work with Operations Team to build and manage centralized repository of processes and improve processes to minimize complexities and optimize to promote effective operations
    • Gather and analyze data, formulate and test hypotheses, synthesize findings, develop go-forward plans and help drive and translate recommendations into results
    • Lead creation, identification, and insights of metrics to improve business performance and drive business actions

Skills required:

    • 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations and/or business operations function
    • Experience with revenue metrics and forecasting models
    • Experience in corporate IT preferable
    • Experience building dashboards and reports for revenue teams
    • Good business judgment
    • Ability to work well and be flexible in a fast-paced environment 
    • Ability and willingness to take on both strategic initiatives and hands-on implementation 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills
    • Must have the ability to translate complex processes into clear recommendations
