We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing marketing organization. This role is highly cross-functional and will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Design and Engineering. You will build messaging for the Collective[i] product, develop content for the Sales team, and be involved in product development.

Collective[i] is passionate about using ML, RPA and other AI technologies along with a network to automate the myriad of tasks that distract sales professionals from selling and provide timely intelligence that helps to grow revenue. Our revenue optimization engine is one of the most transformative technologies to hit the enterprise since CRM.

Responsibilities:

Messaging

    • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Collective[i] in the market. Build messaging and positioning frameworks that differentiate Collective[i]’s application and products.

Content

    • Own and create content (e.g. data sheets, case studies, infographics, solution briefs, white papers, user guides, web tutorials, web content, presentations, sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, release announcements) to articulate the benefits of the product to the world.

Sales Support

    • Partner with the marketing team to communicate the value proposition of the product to the sales team. Develop the sales tools and trainings that support the selling process of the product.  Assist sales on calls when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product.  

Product

    • Develop tone and content both in application and in marketing materials. Plan the launch of features and other product releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.

User Intelligence

    • Be the expert on users of the product, how and why they join our network and/or buy our technology to uncover their buying motivations and criteria.

Market/Competitor Intelligence

    • Be the expert on competition. Follow and analyze market trends to position the product and identify new required capabilities. Track changes in the competitive environment and provide detailed insight and guidance to our product, marketing, sales and engineering teams

Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in product marketing
    • Strong empathy for the user experience and ability to translate that into compelling marketing materials
    • Proven ability to analyze rapidly evolving markets in order to adapt and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong strategic and organizational skills to prioritize and deliver important projects on time and within budget
    • Passionate about understanding AI as a new category of technology 
    • Experience leading technical product launches 
    • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
    • Excellent collaboration skills and experience working with sales and product development teams
    • Strong analytical skills and an attention to detailE

    • Has experience in  strategy development and successful execution
