Color Health is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to help effectively communicate Color’s story by creating thoughtfully crafted content that supports our demand generation and sales enablement efforts by pulling out subject matter expertise throughout our organization, and helping manage the process and flow of different pieces of content as they get created, approved, published. As an extension of the marketing team, you’ll lead and participate in collaborative efforts with several cross-functional teams to conceptualize, produce, and execute content that helps effectively communicate our value proposition, build brand awareness, and generate quality leads.

The ideal candidate is highly skilled at finding unique story angles for our brand and demand efforts, and can translate technical/clinical capabilities into customer benefits. You’ll excel in this role if you’re a natural collaborator, able to balance multiple projects at once, and contribute new ideas.

How You'll Contribute:

    • Get tuned into the Color brand story, stay on top of industry developments, news, and trends; strategically bring these two sides together to pitch and create timely, relevant, and ownable content.
    • Proactively connect with stakeholders including business development leads, the marketing organization, and our scientific affairs team to drive plans and projects to completion
    • Contribute to ideation on new content produced for sales enablement and demand programs, including 1-pagers, guides, reports, case studies, and webinar content
    • Manage the flow of different content projects as they move from ideation to creation, revision, approvals, publication, and promotion
    • Act as a strategic content partner on cross-functional programs, working directly with those teams accountable for activating and promoting your content to set objectives, key performance indicators, handoff expectations, and deadlines.
    • Initiate, own, and manage thought leadership programs end-to-end with deep collaboration & enthusiastic partnership from across the company
    • Call on subject matter expertise and research and conduct interviews to build content around a differentiated point of view
    • Ensure integrity of our brand narrative in your writing and editing (voice, style, tone)

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    • 8-10 years experience in copywriting, content strategy
    • Experience writing for healthcare, digital health benefits, health tech, health-adjacent organizations or benefits decision makers is preferrred
    • Excellent written (and verbal) communication skills
    • Ability to manage time well and self-manage against timelines
    • The ability to follow-through with attention to detail
    • Proven success working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with the ability to pivot and problem solve

This is a contract role, working 20 hours per week.

Hourly pay range for this position is $30-$50/hour.

The actual hourly rate is dependent upon many factors, such as: work experience, market data, skills, geographic location, and business need. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
