Color is looking for someone to join our IT team to help us meet the challenges of a rapidly scaling organization. This role will focus on providing tier 1 & 2 IT support to the onsite team along with remote assistance to the whole company. 

How'll You Contribute:

    • Staff our IT Helpdesk to provide employee support across MacOS (our primary OS), Windows, ChromeOS and iOS environments using Color’s ticketing system. In addition, work on projects and tasks using Jira.
    • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software and network issues. Escalate when needed to the Systems and/or Infrastructure teams and work with them to resolve issues.
    • Assist with lifecycle management of employee and office equipment (including procurement, repair and disposal)
    • Prepare and deploy IT equipment for Mobile Sites
    • Ensure that all computers and mobile devices are properly registered in Color’s MDM systems
    • Maintain equipment records in Colors Asset Management System
    • Support our internal network infrastructure across our Burlingame campus, including WAN/LAN/VLAN, Firewall, VPN, DNS and DHCP
    • Support existing cloud platforms (including Okta, Google Workspace, O365 and Slack)
    • Work with our MDM Administrator to maintain our inventory system
    • Support our internal telecommunications infrastructure (Zoom, Zoom Rooms, RingCentral and Google Voice)
    • Event space setup
    • Provide meeting Zoom and A/V support
    • Work closely with the People Ops and Workplace Teams to support and improve onboarding, conversion/promotion and offboarding procedures 
    • Contribute to the IT knowledge base and SOPs
    • Provide On-Call Support

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    • 2+ years in an IT Helpdesk and/or Tier 1 or 2 support role
    • Experience with a service desk ticketing system (atSpoke or similar) 
    • Experience administering a wide variety of platforms and systems, including MacOS, Windows, ChromeOS and iOS
    • Strong documentation and communication skills and enthusiasm to help others
    • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
    • Ability to start projects and take them to completion
    • Experience prioritizing multiple projects and tasks in fast paced corporate environments
    • Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs
    • Ability to travel to different locations as required
    • Ability to move IT equipment as required
