We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and resourceful marketer to develop and execute marketing programs targeting public-and private-sector audiences in the U.S. Your key objective is to drive leads and opportunities for our growing sales organization, using a broad range of paid, owned and earned marketing tactics. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders as well as top-tier agencies to support our continued record-setting growth.
This is a full time employment position and reports to the Head of Growth Marketing.

How You’ll Contribute:

    • Work closely with sales, marketing and customer success teams to develop a scalable strategy to meet marketing and sales KPIs
    • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated, multi-channel marketing programs, including advertising, email, social, web and landing pages, blogs and long form content, direct mail, webinars, content syndication and other tactics
    • Collaborate with a wide variety of internal stakeholders (product marketing, creative services, web, brand) and external agencies to drive the development of assets to support these plans
    • Manage the campaign development process and timeline to ensure on-time delivery and activation
    • Ensure that all deliverables meet corporate brand and legal guidelines as well as quality standards.
    • Measure and report on campaign performance, from awareness to revenue, using a range of tracking and reporting tools
    • Manage program budgets and vendor relationships
    • Collaborate with others in marketing, sales and customer success to identify and address areas for improvement in our strategy, processes and execution

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    • 5+ years of experience running integrated B2B marketing campaigns, ideally for a tech company
    • Track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns that achieve or exceed goals
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong project management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
    • Bias for action, even with imperfect information or resources
    • Hands on experience with marketing tools used for campaign management and execution

Nice to Have:

    • Marketing experience in the healthcare technology or technology infrastructure sectors
