With our holistic approach to games marketing, we offer support where it’s needed - be it developing a full-fledged strategy to launch a game or app into the market, running UA and performance media campaigns with data-driven insights from our BI department, raising brand awareness with brand advertising and influencer campaigns or creating bespoke assets. And all of that for all major gaming markets, including North America, Europa, Australia, South Korea, and China for clients such as Sega, Tencent, Amazon Game Studios, Capcom, and Inflexion.

Your Role

    • Manage and drive the relationships with our existing partners and establish strong, long-lasting relationships with new clients and those onboarded by our Business Development team
    • To be able to spot opportunities to develop each client’s account – identify where we can add value, provide additional support or services, and maximise revenue
    • To be able to rationalise and debate constructively with Clients to deliver the agency’s recommendation across all services - this role requires a broad knowledge and understanding of all services we offer
    • To project manage and supervise client campaigns from brief to delivery and progress work with other departments efficiently
    • To communicate and delegate in an appropriate manner up, down, and sideways – to the Management, Media, Content, and Creative teams
    • To research and analyse the marketing and video game industry to be always on top of the latest trends so that you can be a  knowledgeable resource for both the team and your clients
    • To be involved in new business and existing client presentations to deliver agency recommendations and reporting to a high standard
    • To be responsible for understanding each client’s budget and spend, working with the finance department to produce accurate invoicing and revenue forecasts

Our Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in an Account Management and/or Marketing Manager position, in a fast-paced agency environment
    • A broad knowledge of Media Strategy, Marketing Channels, Influencer Marketing, and Creative Services
    • Have a flexible approach, whilst knowing how to prioritise and organise your work
    • Ability to present and sell ideas and services to clients
    • Impeccable attention to detail and thoroughness
    • A personality that is engaging, open, positive with an eagerness to learn
    • Ability to motivate other members of the team when necessary
    • An understanding of Video Games is essential
    • Fully proficient in English, German skills are a bonus
