The position in a nutshell
We are in search of a Project Coordinator who will be in charge of assisting our project managers in organising our ongoing projects. You will prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, and work hours, organising and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met. In addition, you will perform various coordinating tasks and administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. 


    • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
    • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
    • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
    • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
    • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and informationLiaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
    • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
    • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
    • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
    • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

Requirements & Skills

    • BSc in Business Administration or related field
    • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
    • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
    • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
    • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
    • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
    • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
    • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
