We are looking for an AI Automation Consultant to drive and support internal AI adoption across Novature’s companies. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with the latest Microsoft AI tools to boost employee productivity and drive intelligent automation. What you are going to do:
- Transform the way of working: Lead Microsoft Copilot and Agents Adoption program across the group of company. Configure and deploy copilots, agents and other Microsoft AI solutions.
- Lead user adoption: Lead, present and support the internal implementation of selected AI solutions, ensuring successful delivery, measurable impact, users adoption and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business process owners, IT teams, and Automation specialist to align AI initiatives with business goals.
- Document AI solutions deployments, configurations and projects' deliverables. Maintain AI solutions to be up-to-date and meeting users' need.
- Stay current with new AI news, trends and Microsoft tools' features.
We expect you to:
- Have practical experience with Microsoft tools like M365 Apps, M365 Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Have strong understanding of AI capabilities, trends, and practical applications in business operations.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive user adoption across companies.
- Have practical experience automating internal company processes and workflows.
- Have strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and identify root causes of issues.
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
