Project Management Office Specialist (data and process management)

Companial is looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist to join the team in Vilnius, Kaunas, or remote (within Lithuania). As a PMO Specialist, your job will be to ensure efficient coordination and completion of administrative project management tasks.

What you are going to do:

    • Support PMO functions from the perspective of data administration
    • Monitor and report on the progress of the project portfolio to stakeholders
    • Collect required data and files in order to prepare for the project start
    • Assist in standardizing project management process across multiple business lines
    • Prepare reports depending on business need
    • Prepare and maintain templates
    • Ensure the timely update of data in project management software (e.g. Teamwork, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SharePoint)
    • Administrate and monitor Companial support system, distribute issues to responsible teams, ensure that issues are solved or escalated according to procedures

What we expect from you:

    • Bachelor's degree (or similar)
    • 1+ years of experience in project management or PMO position is desirable
    • 1+ year of experience in the data administration area (or similar) is desirable
    • Basic knowledge of at least one project management methodology (PMBOK, PRINCE2, AGILE, etc.) is desirable
    • Working knowledge of user applications such as Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook
    • Always aim for quality in your work by being complete, accurate, and punctual
    • Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to plan, organize, communicate, and execute
    • Ability to work well in a changing environment with changing priorities
    • Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and proven ability to meet deadlines;
    • Very good speaking and written English skills

    • Monthly salary range from 1500 EUR to 2200 EUR gross (salary offer depends on candidate's professional experience, knowledge, and competencies)
