We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead international Microsoft Dynamics projects and drive strategic internal initiatives.
Operating out of Lithuania, with Vilnius or Kaunas as preferred locations, you’ll take the lead in delivering impactful projects across borders and accelerating departmental growth.
What you are going to do:
- Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead diverse international mid-high complexity projects, services, and strategic initiatives from planning through delivery
- Partnering with stakeholders to deliver a holistic perspective that bridges teams and priorities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure optimal delivery and cost-effectiveness
- Direct and manage project work, monitor risks and opportunities, and escalate deviations when necessary
- Close projects by collecting and documenting lessons learned
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (geographically distributed teams) to align expectations and priorities
- Facilitate project reviews and provide input during the pre-sales phase
- Apply a structured, methodical approach to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity across teams and stakeholders
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team and other project managers, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Actively contribute to team growth by sharing insights, experiences, and best practices
- Champion a culture of learning and improvement within the department

What we expect from you:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing projects (experience in IT is a plus)
- Good knowledge and experience of one, or more project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, AGILE, etc.). The certification of CAPM, PMP, or PSM or similar.
- Excellent English skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to plan, organize, communicate, and execute
- Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail
- Basic understanding of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics BC, AX and Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, 365 F&SCM) would be considered as an advantage.

- Monthly salary range from 3600 EUR to 4500 EUR gross (salary offer depends on candidate‘s professional experience, knowledge and competencies)
