We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver international Microsoft Dynamics projects and internal initiatives.
As a Project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a projects' timeline, budgeting, planning, reporting, managing, profitability and organization. What you are going to do:
- Developing a project plan and following up on execution
- Ensure each project has a clear QA plan and follow-up
- Directing and managing project work
- Monitoring potential project risks, opportunities, and issues that may impact the project
- Monitoring and reporting status of the project
- Escalating deviations from the initial project plan
- Communicating with project stakeholders
- Facilitating project reviews
- Closing projects by collecting and documenting lessons learned
- Providing leadership and direction to project team members
- Effectively plan technical team’s allocation across multiple projects
- Based on the availability of the team contribute to providing project timeline
- After a full onboarding - contribute to the pre-sales phase to mitigate contract related risks
What we expect from you:
- Ability to plan, organize, communicate, and execute.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing projects (experience in the IT field is an advantage)
- Basic understanding of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics BC, AX and Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, 365 F&SCM) would be considered as an advantage.
- Good knowledge and experience of one, or more project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, AGILE, etc.). The certification of CAPM, PMP, or PSM or similar is an advantage.
- Excellent English skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail
- Excellent facilitation, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to all functional groups
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve skills and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Actively contributes to team growth by sharing insights, experiences, and lessons learned.

- Monthly salary range from 2800 EUR to 4000 EUR gross (salary offer depends on candidate‘s professional experience, knowledge, and competencies)
