Companial is looking for a Functional Consultant who has experience and is eager to get even more of it in to the business applications of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement & Power Platform.
As a Functional Consultant, you will be supporting projects, building solutions designs, managing the quality of the deliverables that we provide to our Dynamics partners and ISVs. As a consultant you will be responsible for ensuring Managed solutions and process quality at our partners customers. This role is essential for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and our development teams to ensure that Dynamics 365 solutions are designed and implemented in line with client needs and business objectives.
What you will do:
- Conduct workshops, interviews& gather requirements from business process owners, perform gap/fit analysis, and provide solutions that adhere to industry best practices
- Work together with solution architects and developers and provide possible solutions and estimates for identified gaps within Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
- Create process models, system flows, and wireframes to communicate system requirements effectively
- Perform configuration of Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Project Operations
- Support business users with UAT & post-implementation support activities ensuring system adoption
What we expect from you:
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of building relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Taking ownership and being proactive within project participation.
- Ability to capture & translate business requirements into technical requirements and working solutions.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and participating in all phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience in creating user stories, features & test plans
- Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules and Power Platform capabilities
- Understanding and working with Dataverse concepts (Tables, Relationships, Views, Workflows, Solutions, Data imports)
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Consultant or Developer role, with a focus on Dynamics 365 CE.
