Companial is looking for a Junior Functional Consultant who is eager to learn business applications of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement & Power Platform.
As a Junior Functional Consultant, you will be part of a team that builds solution designs, manages the quality of the deliverables that we provide to our Dynamics partners and ISVs. You will be assisting Managed solutions and process quality at our partners' customers. This role is essential for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and our development teams to ensure that Dynamics 365 solutions are designed and implemented in line with client needs and business objectives.
What you will do:
- Participate in workshops, interviews & gather requirements from business process owners, assist in gap/fit analysis, and help in providing solutions that adhere to industry best practices
- Help in creating process models, system flows, and wireframes to communicate system requirements effectively
- Assist in the configuration of Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations
- Support business users with UAT & post-implementation support activities ensuring system adoption
- Help in preparing user stories, documentation & training material
What we expect from you:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to capture business requirements
- Experience in a IT software role such as Business Analysis, Consultancy, Quality assurance, Support or other
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE modules and Power Platform would be a big plus
