We are looking for a committed Partner Success Manager with passion for the Microsoft business solutions ecosystem to accelerate growth in Spain. 
 
You will be an ambassador for Companial and Microsoft, responsible for business growth at our Partner community (indirect). You will bring value to your partners thanks to your knowledge of Microsoft environment. Together with the Spanish PSM and Spanish PSM-Recruit, and as part of the South Europe Team you will further nurture and develop the Companial channel business in Spain. Our office is located Madrid, you will report to the Region Lead for South Europe and work closely with the rest of the Spanish team daily. 
 
Communication is key and therefore it is important, that your Spanish and English is business fluent in writing and speech. You will be working via online tools such as Microsoft Teams, chat, and e-mail. Next to this, our CRM tool is one of the most important management tools you will be working with. This is to keep track of leads, opportunities and reporting. 

What you are going to do:

    • Engage with our Partners (approx. 50 partners) about the value of Microsoft Business Applications portfolio, Cloud, IA, Copilot and agents strategy
    • Grow the Companial business at our partners on Microsoft Business Applications and the Companial Technical Services; 
    • Lead presentations and workshops around Dynamics 365 Business Applications; 
    • Articulate the value proposition of Microsoft solutions in relation to the challenges, performance indicators, expectations and business needs; 
    • Support the Companial partners in developing and growing the Microsoft Dynamics revenue via marketing and technical plans; 
    • Engage the partner in Microsoft and COMPANIAL ecosystem by leveraging key tools and programs. You will establish and maintain governance processes, monitor the pace of business and report to the different entities; 
    • Proactively coordinate execution of services and guide them in their partner journey; 
    • Be the voice of the partner by escalating various alerts, blockers and resources needed; 
    • Participate in events (or other actions of communication) with and for our partners; 
    • Participate in business strategy in Spain

About you:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on business applications (preferred); 
    • Strong governance skills, including the ability to establish processes, monitor business pace, and report effectively; 
    • Excellent coordination and execution skills for guiding partners in their journey; 
    • Have knowledge of the IT industry and the small and medium-size business sector, as well as of the Microsoft ecosystem and its “channels”; 
    • Experience with Microsoft Business Applications (CRM, ERP, Power Apps) is a plus; 
    • Experience at Microsoft or a Microsoft Partner is a huge advantage; 
    • The PSM must be based in Spain and will work most of the time from Madrid office. 
    • You speak Spanish natively and English fluently and you have a University degree or a proven track record in the Microsoft Channel business
