Companial is looking for a Technical Consultant who has experience and is eager to get even more of it into the business applications of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement & Power Platform.
As a Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical solutions and services to our Dynamics partners and ISVs. Your responsibilities will include designing and building solution architectures, developing and customizing Dynamics 365 CE components, and ensuring the technical quality of all deliverables. You will work closely with development teams to implement scalable, maintainable solutions that align with client requirements. Additionally, you will ensure that managed solutions and customizations meet both technical standards and business objectives, helping to bridge the gap between system capabilities and customer needs.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with business and product owners to collect and analyze technical requirements, ensuring alignment with overall solution goals
- Perform detailed fit-gap analyses to assess functional and technical requirements against Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform capabilities
- Design and propose scalable solutions for implementation within Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform, adhering to best practices and technical standards
- Propose and design integration approaches with external systems and data sources, both within and outside the Power Platform ecosystem
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications and Power Platform components to meet defined requirements, including entities, workflows, Power Automate flows, Power Apps, Power Pages & Copilot Studio
- Perform necessary Power Platform & Dynamics 365 CE solution prototyping using C#, Javascript or Power Fx
What we expect from you:
- As a person you like building good solutions, working with different people on different projects, learning new technologies, sharing your knowledge with your colleagues, and taking ownership of the satisfaction of your clients
- 3+ years of taking part in IT projects as a consultant, data/database analyst, test automation engineer or developer
- 1+ years of working and good understanding of the Dynamics 365 CE Apps (Sales, Customer Service, etc.) entity model and platform architecture
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English
- Development experience, ability to understand code and discuss requirements with developers or troubleshoot code issues would be an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in an Agile environment and participating in all phases of the project lifecycle
