Role Description:

We are looking for Solutions Managers in the Financial Transformation space. As a Senior Manager in the Financial Services space, you will be leading complex projects and be responsible for communications, project scope, schedules, risks, and resource planning. This candidate should have strong communication skills and will need to work with business users to document process flows, gather requirements, and partner with internal IT and external vendors to deliver solutions for the requirements. As you develop your relationships, you will have the opportunity to grow our presence on the account and bring value to the client.

We look for our Financial Service Senior Managers to have several of the following:

    • 5+ years performing in a project manager role
    • 7+ years of total experience
    • 3+ yrs with a premier consulting firm
    • Familiarity with similar platforms including but not limited to: SimCorp, Dimension, SS&C, CRD, Eze, Bloomberg AIM, Thinkfolio, Enfusion, FINBOURNE Technology, WealthFluent, and Aladdin
    • Demonstrate working knowledge of investment operations (e.g., accounting, compliance, reporting).
    • Apply knowledge of securities and corporate actions, including the characteristics of investment instruments and market practices.
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, aiming for straight-through processing and improved team effectiveness.
    • Collaborates with clients to define and document business requirements, assessing gaps between existing processes and desired outcomes.
    • Define and analyze complex problems that incorporate people, process, technology, and data dimensions.
    • Conduct in-depth end-to-end research and root cause analysis to inform solution design.
    • Design and prototype business models that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
    • Identify and apply opportunities to use data more comprehensively in process improvement and automation.
    • Evaluates and assesses initial business and IT processes to identify areas for improvement.
    • Ability to engage in designing and developing business solutions, contributing to the technical design of complex projects.
    • Supports the validation and approval of applications and enhancements through a structured testing process.
    • Identify root causes and generate innovative, value-optimizing solutions.
    • Translate business data into actionable insights using quantitative methods and statistical modeling.
