The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of CRT. The CSR is the primary internal representative of our company and must take complete responsibility for each customer by ensuring that all customer requirements are met. You are a member of the sales team, and together are accountable for the sales goals of the company.

- Associates or Bachelors Degree in an Business Administration, Engineering, or other technical discipline.
- Ability to read, comprehend and write technical information and data.

- Excellent verbal, written communication and organizational skills.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), including the ability to work with basic data processing software and be able to generate reports.
