Location: Belgrade, Hybrid (Currently, we are three days per week in the office, subject to change)
About the Role
CompStak is looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data Operations team and ensure that our Research and Pipeline teams operate efficiently and strategically. You'll help CompStak identify quality improvement and data processing efficiency opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
● Become an expert in CompStak’s data and its applications, including client use and Research team needs
● Query data to support Research in addressing complex sales tickets that require specialized assistance
● Help with targeting efforts to identify and segment data for Research projects, focusing team efforts effectively
● Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights aimed at enhancing data quality
● Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to management and relevant teams
● Create and manage dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and performance indicators
● Provide querying and data analysis support for the Pipeline team
● Become an expert on the structure of the data and data warehouse
Required Skills & Experience
● Basic understanding of SQL and willingness to learn other data analysis tools and software (e.g., advanced SQL, Excel, Python, AppScript)
● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
● Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
● Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical team members
● Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
