This role will be responsible for executing client requirements in provisioning and deployment services with a high focus on asset management and systems access for a multitude of clients. You will focus on multiple client’s requirements of systems access and asset management.

Essential Duties

    • Manage asset deployment and redeployment including provisioning of device at customer’s request
    • Conduct asset inventory cycle counts and investigate the outcomes of those counts, reporting to leaders any discrepancies.
    • Install and configure operating systems, software applications, security software and other peripheral applications specific to client needs i.e. manage/process deployment request tickets by installing and adjusting programs/system preferences for client’s computers prior to shipment (provisioning)
    • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 10 kgs on a daily basis

Roles & Responsibilities

    • Validate that each image meets the customers’ requirements and internal quality guidelines as provided by the customer
    • Partner with internal Hardware Repair Technicians to coordinate any hardware warranty and non-warranty repairs
    • Report any discrepancies of hardware/assets/shipments and escalate issues to the appropriate channel/department
    • Partner with and leverage other departments within organization to troubleshoot and support client needs within the deployment procedures 
    • Facilitate shipping and receiving processes for certain client assets coming to and from worksite locations
    • Maintain a detailed report of asset transfers and general Inventory management of client assets including an assets life cycle 
    • On-board and off-board hardware and operating systems for client’s new hires and exiting employees
    • Collaborate with the Sales Development Team to ensure updates to compliance of customer’s expectations and changes in processes.
    • Engage with vendors, customers, and team members with a positive attitude, aligning with the company’s core values
    • Perform other duties as needed and requested by Leadership.

Qualifications

    • 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Relations
    • 1+ years experience in ITAM (IT Access Management)
    • 1+ years experience in Shipping & Receiving
    • 1+ years experience in a Warehouse environment
    • Attention to detail/detail oriented
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite
    • Netsuite or applicable SaaS experience is a plus
