What you will do:

    • Review and diagnose customer devices, determine details of equipment problems. Run tests using Apple Service Toolkit
    • Repair devices across Apple iOS and Android ecosystems
    • Earn and keep current on certifications for Apple and other mobile device manufacturers as needed
    • Repair iOS and Android devices according to requirements, using hand or power tools
    • Keep a high degree of quality repairs while completing within agreed time frame
    • Resolve issues requiring communication with Manufacturer’s internal service team 
    • Keep track of devices and parts inventory while performing repairs
    • Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume repairs
    • Reassemble devices after making repairs or replacing parts
    • Analyze equipment performance to assess equipment functionality, and any other issues
    • Maintain parts inventory and place orders for additional parts as needed for repairs
    • Update and close repair ticket, using NetSuite and GSX
    • Learn and use new processes and procedures as required for current repair process
    • Other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager

Must-haves:

    • Bring positive attitude, and contribute to the entire service department with flexibility and willingness to jump in where needed
    • Committed to staying current on technology and procedures
    • Comfortable with written and verbal communication 
    • Reliable and maintains regular and punctual attendance
    • Understands and excels working within deadlines
    • Aim to repair daily volume of 15-20 devices

Nice-to-haves:

    • Experience performing iPhone, Android, Laptop, desktop, and/or tablet repairs
    • Certifications including: ACMT, ACiT, Lenovo, HP, Dell, Toshiba
