Senior IT Asset Management Coordinator

This role will be primarily responsible for executing client requirements with a high focus on receiving and deployment services as well as gaining systems access for a multitude of clients. You will secondarily focus on asset management for “storage customers” throughout the location’s designated areas. Communication between several departments within the organization is vital, both for real-time movements and when collaborating to make procedural changes and implementing new processes that work towards increasing overall productivity and efficiency.

Essential Duties

    • Coordinates and executes training plans for IT Asset Management Coordinators in collaboration with the In-House Operations Supervisor
    • Ensure the disbursement of client(s) service requests and daily tasks amongst the ITAMCO department to meet the expectations of our SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) with the client. 
    • Act as the initial point of contact for the ITAMCO department questions and task assignments, offering daily operational support to the team members. 
    • Install and configure operating systems, software applications, security software and other peripheral applications specific to client needs and ensure each image meets the customers’ requirements and internal quality guidelines as included in the SLA (Service Level Agreement).
    • Check-In client assets and ensure to meet the customers’ requirements as included in the SLA (Service Level Agreement).
    • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40lbs on a daily

Roles and Responsibilities

    • On-boarding and off-boarding of hardware and operating systems for “special case” clients’ new hires, break/fix and exiting employees, keeping track of those projects daily and partnering with customer service and sales teams to meet the needs of the client.
    • Manage asset deployment and redeployment including provisioning of devices at customer’s request and internal ticket request system (JIRA) with a high level of focus on complex tickets.
    • Install and configure operating systems, software applications, security software and other peripheral applications specific to client needs and ensure each image meets the customers’ requirements and internal quality guidelines as included in the SLA (Service Level Agreement).
    • Facilitate management of inbound and outbound assets for “unique situations” clients coming to and from worksites.
    • Manage and process deployment request tickets by installing and adjusting programs/system preferences for client’s computers prior to shipment (provisioning).
    • Assist with asset inventory through cycle counts and investigate the outcomes of those counts, reporting to leaders any discrepancies.
    • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure proper and accurate compliance to our customer’s expectations and changes in processes. 
    • Maintain accurate data and records of devices with details of life cycles, escalations, or comments through
    • internal systems.
    • Responsible for “storage customer” general storage and legal hold location accuracy. 
    • Recommend new processes and procedures as required for the receiving and deployment services process.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work station to manufacturer and organization standards.
    • Cross collaborate with team members leadership across the organization to drive company goals.
    • Engage with vendors, customers, and team members with a positive attitude, aligning with the company’s core values.
    • Perform other duties as needed and requested by Leadership.

Qualifications

    • 2+ years experience in ITAM (IT Asset Management)
    • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Relations
    • 2+ years experience in a Warehouse environment
    • 1+ years experience in Shipping & Receiving
    • Attention to detail/detail oriented
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite
    • Netsuite or applicable SaaS experience is a plus
    • Experience in international shipping is a plus
$27.15 - $33.94 an hour
