Comtravo provides small and medium sized companies a truly unique solution. Travellers or travel managers can book and manage their business trips with one simple text message. Using state-of-the-art technologies, such as NLP and machine learning techniques, we are automating our fulfillment pipeline. This enables our in-house travel experts to focus on complex requests and individual needs of our clients.



    • You head our marketing department
    • This means: You will hold the herd together. From product-, over content-, to direct marketing, and also sales development
    • You own a significant marketing budget and make sure we spend it wisely
    • You define whom we want as a customer
    • ... and how we best get them
    • You favor CAC over CPL and always go for ROI
    • You craft the story behind our brand and communicate it successfully
    • You also make sure other teams like sales and customer support tell the same story
    • You are part of our management team where we take key strategic decisions
    • You bring the marketing view to our product roadmap, chipping in key insights from customer analytics
    • You lead by example a team of 15+ highly motivated marketers and sales developers


    • You hold an MBA, a Master degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or any related field
    • You successfully built and scaled a B2B marketing organization before, across various disciplines: content, PR, CRM, performance, automation and events
    • You are excited about B2B AI-driven software and eager to turn the travel industry upside down with us
    • You love numbers and favor to work highly analytically
    • You have previous leadership experience of at least 4 years
    • You are a creative mind and blow us away with your spot-on ideas
    • You know key tools like GA, Hubspot, Salesforce from the inside and worked with them before
    • You are fluent in German and Englisch
