Who We’re Looking For
We’re excited to add a Senior Systems Engineer to our Modern Workplace team. In this role, you’ll work with a team of customer-focused professionals who are committed to defining technical strategy, architecting, designing and delivering end-to-end digital transformation. You’ll demonstrate strong technical competence by implementing M365 solutions, and strong business acumen through engaging in customer discussions related to agility and business value.
What You'll Do
- Build, integrate and/or implement M365 and other Microsoft Azure & cloud solutions
- Assist with migration and modernization efforts for customers
- Communicate issues and solutions across all levels of the organization
- Work closely with clients to troubleshoot and provide a positive customer service experience
What You'll Need
- Demonstrated experience providing M365 solutions, platforms, or technologies to enterprise level customers
- Proven experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations of Exchange and OneDrive
- Knowledge of Teams and Teams voice
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) preferably Intune
- Exposure and knowledge with Autopilot
- Understanding and experience with Windows Server AD and Azure AD
- Knowledge of Identity, Security (Sentinel and Defender), Compliance and Collaboration
What Will Set You Apart
- Professional Service Experience
- Experience with Quest
- Agile/Scrum (Scaled Agile Framework [SAFe] working experience
- Experience working in a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) model
- Exposure with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Experience with SCCM or equivalent endpoint management tools
- Knowledge in design and implementation of Identity and Conditional Access (MIM, Azure AD Connect)
