Who We’re Looking For
We’re excited to add a IT Support Engineer to our Internal IT Team. In this role you will provide tiers I, II and III support for all levels in the organization. You’ll work closely with leadership to improve processes and make recommendations for the team to better maintain, upgrade, automate and manage the internal IT environment.

What You'll Do
- Provide tier 1-3 support to end-users
- Assist in creation of new user accounts
- Assist in the set-up of new equipment and devices
- Contribute to documentation of incidents, internal processes and procedures, maintenance of equipment, and training manuals
- Diagnose, research, and resolve routine end-user issues in a timely manner through established protocol and troubleshooting; escalate as necessary
- Provide guidance and explain policies and procedures to end-users
- Assist users in obtaining access to systems
- May review and evaluate new computer hardware and software products
- Configure, prepare, and ship laptops and other equipment for new hires and remote users
- Be available for on-call support for onsite IT issues as needed
- Assist in the tracking of hardware and software inventory
- Assist and interact with hardware and software vendors
- Assist in Corporate IT projects
What You'll Need
- Understanding of Microsoft Products including Office365 and Active Directory
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Active Directory, Virtual Machines, and Resource Groups
- Experience supporting or troubleshooting cloud-based environments within Azure, including identity, access, and basic infrastructure components
- Technical certifications such as A+ or Microsoft Certifications
- Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and always maintain professionalism and confidence
