Who We’re Looking For
We’re excited to add a Solutions Architect to our sales team. In this position, you will serve as a technical thought leader with a passion for aligning technical solutions to customer business needs. With strong technical expertise across all Concurrency capabilities, you will be highly engaged with customers and recognize new sales opportunities. As a Solutions Architect, you will lead pre-sales efforts while serving as an evangelist for Concurrency capabilities; Being an integral part of the local technical community with a passion for knowledge sharing through blogging, industry groups and speaking engagements. You will align with practice managers to proactively identify capability gaps and set future direction. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute Strategic Account Plans including up-sell, cross-sell, and escalation management. As a Solutions Architect, you will work closely with Concurrency leadership to help define our strategy for the company.

What You'll Do

    • Work closely with the sales team to expand our business in existing accounts.
    • Lead pre-sales client sessions and develop estimates and proposals.
    • Lead strategic planning and roadmap development with customers.
    • Proactively identify sales opportunities with existing customers and potential new ones.
    • Establish technical risks and provide mitigation strategies to reduce risk and ensure successful delivery.
    • Identify new services and solutions offering opportunities to existing and new customers.
    • Research and evangelize modern data solutions and innovative technologies.
    • Maintain a local presence through community speaking engagements and events. 
    • Communicate customer needs and expectations to the delivery practice managers.
    • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key partners and vendors.
    • Work with practice managers to transform ROMs & SOWs to deliverable projects that meet the customer’s needs.
    • Establish and maintain Concurrency’s go-to-market direction.

What You'll Need

    • Established working in a professional services or IT consultancy with Azure and M365 Suite Proficiency and in-depth knowledge of complex modernization services.
    • Broad knowledge of solution selling methodologies to enterprise level customers.
    • Proven ability to deliver compelling and clear presentations that effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Collaboration with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach in presenting solutions to clients.
    • Assisting the sales team in preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and participating in bid defense meetings.

What Will Set You Apart

    • Experience in facilitating webinars/workshops and being able to guide participants through a technical journey with IT Leadership and Business Executives. 
    • Active participation at industry conferences, seminars, and other speaking engagements.
    • Taking an active part in evangelism and sharing success stories through various social media channels creating blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies.
    • A strong history of engagement within the Microsoft technology community or having a Microsoft MVP status.
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics or Computer Engineering.
