About the role

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Demand Generation to take ownership of our global pipeline creation engine. In this role, you’ll lead the planning and execution of high-impact marketing programmes to generate and accelerate pipeline across all stages of the funnel. This is a key leadership position where you'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content to drive revenue growth.

This is an opportunity to build and scale a demand generation function at a pivotal time in Conduktor’s growth, bringing creativity, data rigour, and a bias for action to everything you do.

    • Owning the global demand generation strategy, channels, and budget
    • Developing integrated campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline for both inbound and outbound motions
    • Partnering with Sales to align on ICP, lead quality, account targeting, and ABM initiatives
    • Optimising performance across paid media, website, email, SEO, and events, continually testing and iterating to improve results
    • Building and managing reporting to track campaign performance and ROI, and communicate results and insights to leadership
    • Collaborating closely with Product Marketing to ensure message-market fit and consistent execution across the funnel
    • Managing and scaling the demand generation team, tools, and agency partners as needed

What experience are we looking for?

    • 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or data/AI infrastructure
    • Proven track record of building scalable pipeline-generation programs across digital, field, and partner channels
    • Strong analytical mindset: you’re fluent in attribution, funnel metrics, and performance optimisation
    • Experience building tight alignment with Sales and influencing cross-functional partners
    • Hands-on experience with marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot), CRM (e.g. Salesforce), and analytics tools
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment: both strategic and execution-oriented

Nice to have

    • Experience with PLG (product-led growth) or hybrid go-to-market models
    • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) platforms and tactics
    • Strong understanding of the buyer journey for data infrastructure or AI tooling
