This role is based in our midtown Manhattan office, with a hybrid schedule of in-office collaboration on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
About the role
We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape the company's market perception, and its image among customers and industry analysts. In this role, you’ll drive thought leadership, customer advocacy, and external storytelling that amplifies our market position and influences both prospects and partners.
As an integral player in our marketing team, you will also be working closely with our Product Managers, Customer Success, and Sales teams to define and communicate our value to the market. From analyst briefings to customer stories, you’ll ensure our narrative resonates with buyers, strengthens our category position, and supports revenue growth.
What will you be doing?
- Leading market positioning and category definition efforts, ensuring consistent, differentiated messaging across channels
- Building strong relationships with industry analysts and driving coverage in key reports and publications
- Developing and amplifying customer stories, case studies, and advocacy programs to support enterprise sales and market credibility
- Driving thought leadership content strategy (whitepapers, benchmarks, point-of-view content) that influences industry conversations
- Partnering with Field Marketing to craft compelling narratives for campaigns, events, webinars, and ecosystem partnerships
- Acting as the external voice of the customer, feeding insights back into Product and Sales for roadmap and GTM alignment
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging across sales, marketing, and partner ecosystems
What experience are we looking for?
- Required Experience
- Core Experience:
- 5+ years Product Marketing experience at B2B SaaS companies
- B2B SaaS company background (enterprise software, cloud platforms, or business tools)
- Revenue impact experience - launched products generating $1M+ ARR OR grew product line by 25%+ year-over-year
- Analyst Relations & Industry Recognition:
- Analyst relations management with at least 2 of: Gartner, Forrester, IDC, GigaOm
- Secured analyst report inclusion - Magic Quadrant, Wave, MarketScape, or similar reports
- Briefed industry analysts on product positioning and market strategy
- Customer Programs & Content:
- Built customer reference programs with 10+ participating customers
- Created customer case studies - at least 5 published case studies with measurable ROI/outcomes
- Customer storytelling experience - video testimonials, speaking programs, or user conferences

- Knowledge of data streaming and Apache Kafka
- Technical & Content Skills:
- Thought leadership content creation - whitepapers, blog posts, or industry presentations
- Technical audience communication - developer marketing, technical product positioning, or API documentation
- Marketing automation platforms - HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua
- Sales enablement tools - Highspot, Seismic, Showpad, or similar
- Cross-Functional Experience:
- Product launch experience - coordinated 3+ major product launches
- Sales collaboration - created sales tools, battlecards, or competitive analysis
- Executive stakeholder management - presented to C-level or VP-level audiences
- Event marketing - managed conference presence, user events, or webinar programs

- Written communication: Published content, blog posts, thought leadership articles
- Presentation skills: Conference speaking, webinar hosting, internal presentations
- Project management: Agile, Scrum, Monday.com, Asana, or similar tools mentioned
- Cross-functional collaboration: Marketing ops, sales, product management experience
- Adaptability & Environment:
- Startup experience - companies under 500 employees OR series A-C funding mentioned
