About the team: CEO Stefanos was the global Head of Messenger at Facebook. CTO Yandong was CTO of Strava. Other founding members have experience working for Google, Facebook, Uber and other startups.

Job Summary:
As a Product Specialist, you will serve as the crucial liaison between our product and sales teams, playing a central role in advancing our core conversational marketing product offerings. Your role will be pivotal in championing these offerings and ensuring their success in the rapidly evolving landscape of business-to-customer communication.

Main Responsibilities:

    • Sales Collateral Development: Create localized sales collateral such as FAQ docs, 1-sheeters, product brochures, pitch decks, case studies, and competitive battle cards that provide sales teams with the information they need to effectively communicate the value proposition of the product or service. Proactively maintain those resources updated.
    • Training and Onboarding: Develop and deliver localized training programs and materials to onboard new sales team members and ensure that existing team members are up-to-date on product features.
    • Sales Playbooks: Develop localized sales playbooks that outline product best practices for different customer segments or sales scenarios.
    • Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback loop between sales teams and product managers to ensure that the sales team's needs and feedback are heard and addressed.
    • Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to sales teams, including answering questions on both Slack channels and providing guidance on product usage and best practices.
    • Product go-to-market: Own product go-to-market activities, including launch planning, monitoring customer leads lists, and tracking activation status.

Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience in a product role working with other product managers and sales teams (eg Product specialist, Product operations, Product Manager).
    • Proven track record of successfully developing sales collaterals and product training.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities. Experience working in digital retail solutions and/or in the digital marketing landscape

We're a remote-first company, but due to the majority of the workforce being in the western hemisphere, collaboration hours are generally within the Pacific Time Zone. Working hours range (7 hours behind UTC). We allow you to work from anywhere in the world anytime you prefer, as long as you are able to at least some workdays overlap with 9am - 1pm Pacific time where we have scheduled team meetings and close collaboration hours.
