About the team: CEO Stefanos was the global Head of Messenger at Facebook. CTO Yandong was CTO of Strava. Other founding members have experience working for Google, Facebook, Uber and other startups.

Responsibilities

    • SELL to customers. 
    • Open up new verticals / markets within our ICP
    • Manage partnerships
    • Manage Enterprise Sales team [set quotas, targets, performance, hiring]
    • Manage the Enterprise funnel and set up the right KPIs

SETUP ORGANIZATION

    • Sales machine Operationalization / Development of processes: 
    • Setup customer support function + codification / scripts for support agents and what to say when new leads come in
    • Handle the tech needs (e.g. Zendesk procurement)
    • Finalize customer flow steps + handover processes
    • Define BDR process / script across channels (+ constantly update as needed)

    • Best practice development: 
    • Understand structure and create/update the Sales Playbook
    • Customer onboarding material and playbook
    • Define process for improving customer experience, keeping customers warm + upselling (# of interactions, standard reports produced by customer type, etc.)
    • Create structure and dashboards needed to support CS + scripts of all the team

    • Define the process to welcome / manage leads (create communication needed for the leads, adjust landing page + other assets, define email/wa sequencing)

    • Feedback collection, synthesis and strategic alignment on product priorities + sharing of best practice across the team
