At Connectly we are building the future of conversational commerce in Latin America with the focus on Whatsapp. Instead of shoppers installing yet another app, we are offering a 360 engagement platform for retailers inside of an app that everyone already have on their phone - Whatsapp. 

We are a VC backed series B startup with a world-class team coming from Facebook, Google, Uber and other silicon valley companies. We are a remote-first company with offices in San Francisco, Sao Paolo and Bogota. 

Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via email or Zendesk
    • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
    • Provide accurate information about products and services
    • Guide customers through troubleshooting processes
    • Document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system (HubSpot)
    • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
    • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements

    • C1 English level, or better
    • Medium Excel Skills
    • Excellent communications skills
    • Hubspot knowledge

We're a remote-first company, but due to the majority of the workforce being in the western hemisphere, collaboration hours are generally within the Pacific Time Zone. Working hours range (7 hours behind UTC). We allow you to work from anywhere in the world anytime you prefer, as long as you are able to at least some workdays overlap with 9am - 1pm Pacific time where we have scheduled team meetings and close collaboration hours. (location-specific legal requirements permitting).
