The Senior Training Manager, Community Support will focus on scaling our training and onboarding program for the Community Support (CS) team. This role reports to the Director of Community Success and is responsible for creating and developing course content that drives the Community Support world, keeping the clinicians-first goal in focus. As the team grows, this role will be integral in maintaining the department’s high standards, collaborating with the leadership team every step of the way.

You will...

    • Understand the full scope of responsibilities for the CS team and the workflows that touch other departments
    • Build out a full onboarding curriculum for new members of the Community Support team
    • Use data as a form of success criteria in a 30/60/90 plan
    • Process and respond to feedback in the form of surveys, feedback from managers and other stakeholders on performance, and iterate on the training plan
    • Create and maintain refresher trainings for CS processes to ensure department knowledge stays strong
    • Work closely with CS leadership on all aspects of CS Representative education and scale a team of trainers to assist with knowledge retention
    • Develop and maintain hand-off process to set future CS leadership up for success with their new report(s)

    • Experience building training programs for a services organization
    • Strong project management skills
    • Top-of-class interpersonal relationship-building prowess
    • The ability to think outside the box
    • A long history of being a self-starter, with a true entrepreneurial spirit
    • Experience leading a team (or the desire to learn)
    • A clinician-first, customer-obsessed attitude
