We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner with deep public accounting/consulting firm knowledge. This individual will need to have strong systems, benefits, compensation, analytical and communication skills to support our professionals and multiple offices around the U.S.

Responsibilities:
·         Supervise, guide, and review the work of, and train HR Generalists and HR Coordinators.
·         Responsible for analyzing and preparing offer approvals based on candidate’s relevant experience compared to peers.
·         Providing a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
·         Interviewing exiting employees to understand why employees are leaving the firm, how we can improve our people’s experiences and what is happening in the market.
·         Key contact for advanced health benefit issues experienced by employees.  Able to ask relevant questions, research individual matters, apply knowledge of company’s benefit offerings, and provide guidance toward resolutions.
·         Responsible for all ad hoc client requests for assigned National Service Line or Region.
·         Understand intricacies of background check results, requests for certification employment, multiple visa / work immigration areas and impact on an individual’s work authorization.
·         Assisting in development and implementation of human resource policies, employee handbook, directory, and organizational chart.
·         Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolving issues that may arise.
·         Assisting with administration of performance management process, compensation, payroll, and benefits.
·         Key point of contact for external health benefits broker, working with internal legal and senior HR management to determine best options for health benefit offerings in each enrollment year.
·         Work with payroll team to address changes to payroll in preparation during each payroll cycle.
·         Prepare documentation for various audits such as 401(k), employment authorization, EEOC, regulatory and compliance reporting areas. 
·         Process employee leave of absence requests, including completing state disability paperwork.
·         Ensuring compliance of state and federal regulations.
·         Investigate, thoroughly document, and take to the appropriate resolution any employee complaint.
·         Remain up to date on the latest HR trends, changes in employment laws, and best practices.

Skills / Experience:
·         BS Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or similar degree.
·         Require a minimum of 6+ years of relevant and related HR Business Partner experience; will consider 5+ years of HR with relevant professional services, consulting, or accounting experience.
·         Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
·         Adaptability, flexibility, willingness to do what is needed to meet deadlines, resolve issues and think strategically.
·         Strong interpersonal skills and a resourceful mindset.
·         A client service mindset.
·         Work independently and as a team with a result driven approach.
·         Clear communication, both written and verbal.
