Connor Group is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives within our Digital Solutions group and Southwest region. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and has a passion for technology marketing and events. You will own the entire lifecycle of alliance marketing programs while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable results.
This job is remote-friendly, and we have office locations, as well.

About the Role
This role owns the management and execution of marketing and event campaigns for the Southwest region and Digital Solutions, as well as technology alliance marketing. This includes a full spectrum of marketing tactics and requires a willingness to personally manage the details, actively partner with cross-functional teams, and provide key strategy input and expert marketing recommendations.
What You’ll Do
· Develop and execute marketing programs that align with the firm's strategy across industries, solutions, and service lines in your market(s).
· Lead the planning and execution of regional and Saas/Technology partner conferences, webinars, and events, including researching venues, negotiating contracts, and managing promotional activities within budgets and deadlines.
· Build and maintain relationships with technology/SaaS alliance partners and internal partners, understanding the nuances of each relationship to execute co-branded events, webinars, and marketing materials that are metrics-driven in their approach.
· Track and report marketing metrics to the marketing team, partners, and leadership to support business goals.
· Generate high-quality MQLs and drive brand preference through various marketing automation activities such as email, social organic and paid advertising, web marketing, and events.
· Stay abreast of market trends to drive topics for speaking engagements, client webinars, roundtables, podcasts, whitepapers, and case studies.
· Collaborate on the creative production of marketing assets, including graphic design, video production, and web development from the initial concept to the finished product and promotion.
· Create event invites, marketing emails, and landing pages through our marketing automation platform. Utilize segmentation, tracking links, and forms.
· Keep a working knowledge of the complex needs of simultaneous events, activities, and Connor Group offerings.

Your Responsibilities and Opportunities
This role owns the management and execution of marketing and event campaigns in the Southwest region as well as technology partner marketing in support of Connor Group Digital Solutions. This includes a full spectrum of marketing tactics and requires a willingness to personally manage the details, actively partner with cross-functional teams, and provide key strategy input and expert marketing recommendations.
To succeed, you must be an excellent communicator and relationship-builder with external partners, subject matter experts, business development executives, and internal stakeholders.
Key Skills and Experience Required for the Role
· 5+ years of experience in professional services, SaaS, technology, and or/ finance marketing. Previous SaaS B2B industry experience is a plus.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills and flexibility to work effectively with people at all levels.
· Ability to build consensus around ideas and plans amongst peers.
· Solid professional writing and verbal communication skills.
· Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
· Proficiency with HTML, Salesforce, and Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) preferred.
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or relevant field.
$100,000 - $100,000 a year
Target = $100K, depending on experience
