You’ll play a key role in shaping an exceptional office experience and fostering a vibrant, inclusive culture across both physical and virtual workspaces.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for culture and community, and is eager to make a meaningful impact. You’ll report to the Global Director of Workspace and be part of an international team of Workplace Community Specialists.
This role requires physical presence in the NYC office at least 3 days per week, as well as during events or other in-person needs.
If you're excited about building a best-in-class workplace experience and thrive in international, hybrid environments—we'd love to hear from you!
What you'll do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all NYC office operations, supporting both onsite and remote employees, vendors, and building management.
- Oversee day-to-day office management, including food & beverage offerings and the general & administrative office budget.
- Welcome and introduce new employees to the office environment, processes, and community guidelines.
- Promote and uphold internal workspace policies.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and physical security regulations, including organizing drills and training.
- Plan and execute quarterly onsite events and assist in large-scale global initiatives such as Kick-Offs and Hackathons.
- Lead local Culture Crew initiatives and represent North America in global Culture Crew meetings.
- Support North America team offsites and office expansion projects.
- Partner with IT to maintain all office technology and equipment.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements for better office operations.
- Support ad-hoc strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.
- Some travel may be required.
- Work closely with workplace teams across France, UK, Spain, Asia Pacific, and Israel to align strategies and share best practices.
What you'll need to succeed:
- 3+ years of experience in office management, with strong expertise in event planning and vendor coordination.
- Energetic, proactive, and passionate about building an engaging, inclusive workplace culture.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and budgeting skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and hospitality orientation—especially in working with senior leadership and external guests.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with local Health & Safety and Physical Security compliance (preferred).
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Slack.
$60,000 - $70,000 a year
