What you will do:

    • As an Implementation Manager, you will oversee the technical implementation of Contentsquare solutions and products.
    • Operating in a dual capacity of project management and technical advisor, you'll leverage your analytical and technical expertise to effectively guide clients through their deployment process. Your days will be dynamic, addressing complex implementation challenges and ensuring clients achieve their goals.
    • As a member of the Professional Services organization, you'll cultivate strong relationships with internal partners to ensure successful customer implementations.
    • Your primary responsibility will be the successful implementation of Contentsquare products within the MENAT (Middle East, North Africa, Turkey) region, with potential contributions to projects in other regions as well.

    • On a typical day, you may:

    • Assume the role of a technical project manager to facilitate the onboarding of new clients and ensure the successful implementation of their Contentsquare products. Act as the primary point of contact for all technical implementation-related inquiries.
    • Interpret clients' objectives and translate them into tailored technical solutions, guiding them through the deployment process. Proactively manage the expectations of both customers and internal stakeholders during the onboarding and deployment phases.
    • Oversee the deployment of Contentsquare's various products, including Digital Analytics for both Web and Mobile, Product Analytics, and Digital Experience Monitoring. Utilize implementation procedures and devise innovative solutions tailored to each client's website or app architecture.
    • Collaborate closely with Contentsquare's Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Adoption Managers, and Strategic Consultants to align with clients' objectives and drive success.
    • Engage with clients from diverse industries (e.g., e-commerce, fashion, hi-tech, travel, etc.) and manage various roles on the client side (e.g., product managers, developers, e-commerce executives, data analysts, etc.).
    • Ensure delivery excellence using dedicated internal tools and resources. Take ownership of escalation management within the client portfolio.
    • Provide support to our partners in the region as they oversee Contentsquare deployments for their end customers.

What you'll need to succeed:

    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical implementation, support, or technical project management, preferably within a SaaS company.
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Arabic.
    • Proficiency in web technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. While not a developer role, the ability to write and read some code is necessary.
    • (Strong Plus) Experience with application development or SDK implementation knowledge (iOS/Android) and familiarity with mobile testing and troubleshooting tools.
    • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within SaaS organizations or global companies.
    • Ability to collaborate across regions, demonstrating strong proactivity and autonomy in interactions with internal peers abroad.
    • Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
    • Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
    • Ability to thrive in a global, dynamic, cross-functional, team-oriented environment.
    • Familiarity with Agile development processes and methodologies is advantageous.
    • Knowledge of the Analytics market and partnership landscape in the Middle East region is appreciated.
