As an Associate Adoption Consultant, you will design & deliver bespoke Adoption Plans for our customers to help them maximize usage & value from Contentsquare. The Adoption Consultant model is hybrid: from digital-led to in-person or 1-to-many. You will also support our “Focus Partners”, ensuring they can deliver value through Contentsquare to our shared network of customers.
The Adoption Consulting team sits within the Customer Success Strategy & Shared Services team at Contentsquare, supporting both enterprise & mid-market customers.

What you’ll do:

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create, develop & refine adoption plans tailored for each of our new customers.
    • Each Adoption Plan will be unique & will be tailored to the strategic objectives of the customer with whom you are engaging.
    • Design & delivery of dedicated use case workshops to tailor enablement for the specific needs of the customer, as defined by the Adoption Plan.
    • Interface with the Partner Sales Team to help craft an Adoption strategy for each predefined focus partner.
    • Provide guidance and support to predefined focus partners in both utilizing Contentsquare and maximizing return on investment for our portfolio of shared customers.
    • Collaborate with predefined focus partners to ensure alignment with their overall adoption strategy and facilitate their enablement, emphasizing use case-specific training and support.
    • Partner with the Customer Education team to design, develop, and deliver 1-to-many initiatives, ensuring scalable and effective training programs for customers and partners.
    • Contribute to developing educational resources and materials that align with adoption goals.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand key performance indicators (KPIs) related to adoption and onboarding effectiveness.
    • Ensure accurate and timely data collection for the identified KPIs.
    • Regularly assess and report on the effectiveness of adoption initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Mid-Market & Product teams to align adoption strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Act as a bridge between different departments to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach to adoption.

What you’ll need to succeed:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • Demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly on enterprise software tools
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills
    • Strong work ethic, attitude, and follow through ability
    • Be located in the Eastern Time Zone
    • Ability to travel within North America (up to 25%)

$60,000 - $85,000 a year
For compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise.
