About the job:
As Director, Sales - FSI your main responsibility will be to accelerate Contentsquare’s growth in the UK by expanding our FSI customer base. You will be responsible for developing and executing a robust sales strategy that aligns with the company’s overall growth objectives, while leading, coaching, and empowering a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed targets.

Role is based in London.

As FSI Lead you will;

    • Be the Sales leader of the fastest-growing vertical at Contentsquare, cooperating with multiple stakeholders within the company including; Marketing, Customer Success, Partner and other operational business units 
    • Conduct and implement comprehensive industry research and analysis and fine-tune our go-to-market strategy for the region 
    • Establish and implement a strategic business plan to expand Contentsquare’s customer base and presence in the market. 
    • Implement a hands-on sales approach to reach new logo targets and build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. 
    • Identify opportunities in the market based on customer feedback and team insights.
    • Collaborate with the local leadership team and the cross functional teams to optimize business impact in the UK.

What you’ll need to succeed:

    • A proven track record in hiring & managing a high-performing enterprise sales team.
    • B2B Enterprise SaaS experience, ideally within FSI 
    • Coaching Excellence: mentor & coach team members to support continued development and enhance the skills of the team.   
    • Demonstrated experience and success in working in cross functional teams and geographies 
    • You possess excellent communication and presentation skills and are able to be the face of Contentsquare for internal and external events
