About the role:
We're on the search for a dynamic Culture Lead to elevate employee engagement and working culture in our vibrant hybrid environment. Reporting to our Senior Director of Engagement, this role is perfect for someone passionate about employee engagement and workplace experience. As our Culture Lead, you'll spearhead cultural programs, employee recognition, and well-being initiatives while driving global alignment and overseeing culture committees. We're looking for someone with a strong background in engagement or workplace experience to join our team and help us thrive in this exciting space.
In your day-to-day you will:
- Define and continuously evolve the company’s hybrid, remote, and in-office working model (Ways of Work).
- Craft out engagement strategy for distributed workplace, aligned with working model.
- Craft an engagement strategy for our distributed workplace, perfectly aligned with our working model.
- Set the strategic vision for cultural programs, including events, employee recognition, and well-being initiatives.
- Build and oversee employee recognition programs, including awards, milestone gifting, and shoutouts.
- Partner with Office Managers to ensure each office reflects the CSQ culture and events and experiences align with global engagement strategy
- Oversee culture committee to ensure local events and activities reflect our company culture and values.
- Develop strategies to boost our reputation as a thought leader in workplace culture.
- Develop and implement programs that enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and productivity.
- Ensure alignment across office, regional, and global experiences and cultural initiatives
- Track and assess the effectiveness of workplace experience and cultural programs
- Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance and resources to leaders and employees.
- Conduct regular engagement surveys and transparently communicate results to address concerns and promote collaboration.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess workforce and engagement trends, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze the relationship between cultural initiatives and key indicators such as engagement, eNPS, and turnover rates
- Use data insights to refine and optimize our culture and engagement strategies.

What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years in employee experience, engagement, workplace, or similar roles.
- Strong expertise in hybrid work models, remote-first best practices, and workplace experience.
- Knowledge of data analytics and metrics for measuring the success of hybrid workplace strategies
- Proven success in driving culture and engagement programs at scale.
- Strong leadership and change management skills.
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion practices in the workplace
- Experience in developing and managing employee recognition programs
- Skills in creating and delivering internal communications to effectively convey culture goals and initiatives
$118,000 - $160,000 a year
Please note that our target salary range for New York-based candidates is $118,000 - $160,000 USD.
