About the job:

Our Global Content Marketing Team is looking for a curious, proactive, and content-savvy individual who thrives at the intersection of content marketing, AI, and efficient storytelling across different formats. If you’re passionate about content strategy, excited by emerging AI applications, and eager to contribute to the future of Experience Intelligence—this role is for you.

What you'll do:

    • Act as an AI power user to drive content innovation
    • Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Contentsquare’s Sense, and more to accelerate ideation, repurposing, and experimentation across the content lifecycle. Stay curious and proactive in exploring new AI workflows that enhance creativity (with a business and ROI focus) and efficiency.
    • Lead AI-driven content experiments and scalable growth initiatives
    • Design and run A/B tests, keyword and intent-based optimizations, and personalization pilots to identify new content levers. Embrace a growth mindset rooted in continuous learning and results-driven experimentation to improve our performance in AI search (LLMO/AIO).
    • Repurpose and adapt long-form content into engaging, multi-channel assets
    • Transform ebooks, webinars, and internal insights into channel-appropriate formats like long-form content, video scripts and sales collateral—tailoring messaging for different personas and customer journey stages, and vice versa.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to extend content utility and impact
    • Partner with other folks in the Global Content Marketing team to co-create and atomize content that supports campaign goals, customer engagement, and lifetime value across multiple touchpoints and formats.
    • Be open to learn how to track, report, and optimize based on performance data
    • Build an appetite for learning how to use analytics tools like GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, and Heap Connect to analyze key metrics across the funnel and measure the impact of our content. Contribute to team reporting and inform iterative improvements through actionable insights and organic optimization fundamentals.

What you'll need to succeed:

    • 1–2 years of experience in content marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS company, with some understanding of basic content programs that drive growth.
    • Possesses excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and grammatically correct content in various formats.
    • Intuitive understanding of product-led growth, audience building, and other Customer Experience Intelligence brands. You’re a builder—comfortable starting scrappy and scaling with focus and creativity.
    • Strong organisational and project management capabilities, including working in complex matrix environments, engaging with multiple stakeholders, and meeting deadlines in a (mostly) remote environment. Comfortable using AI tools to streamline your workflow while keeping content human-centered.
    • Curious, collaborative, and proactive — you take ownership while playing well with others. You're data-informed and ready to learn more about how to use different tools  to analyse content performance and apply SEO and AIO best practices and experimentation strategies. You love testing new formats, running experiments, and unlocking growth levers with a sharp eye for what resonates.

Bonus points:

    • SEO isn’t a strange concept to you, and you’ve heard of SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, and/or Clearscope and likely know what they are used for.
    • You are familiar with platforms like Contentsquare, Hotjar, and Heap and the digital analytics market. You understand the industry and have ideas on how to innovate in terms of Content Marketing keeping an eye on resources and ROI.
    • You have a background in product-led or SaaS-focused environments.
    • You’re able to work effectively in a fully remote setup (50+ Mbps internet).
    • You have a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a collaborative, ownership-first mindset.
