About the Position

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Data Analyst who will help drive data analytics, marketing strategies and insights for our global clients. This is a strategic, high-visibility role that will lead large global analytics programs. You will work with a globally distributed team of amazing industry-leading professionals, managing and implementing end-to-end analytics programs for the largest companies in the world.

Responsibilities

    • Leading analytics efforts across clients by identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends, patterns and relationships in complex data sets to improve marketing performance
    • Tell compelling stories that allow clients to make informed decisions through advanced data analytics and insights
    • Develop and manage AB/Multivariate strategies within testing programs that lead to digital optimization
    • Collaborating with globally-distributed teams on analytics program execution, from planning, requirements gathering and developing marketing strategies across multiple channels
    • Create and implement project plans to ensure clear definition of tasks, accountability for deadlines, and reporting of progress among project team members and business stakeholders
    • Present content that captures the attention and involvement of sophisticated and high-demanding clients

Your Experience

    • Must have 5+ years of professional experience in advanced data analytics working across various digital ecosystems
    • Advanced dashboarding and data visualization skills building highly complicated interactive dashboards in tools like Tableau, Looker etc
    • Working knowledge of data warehouse and data marts including developing ETL process, data schemas and designing and creating new tables
    • Experience building strategies for cross channel marketing programs including development of AB Multivariate testing programs.
    • Client-facing project management experience coordinating multiple sources and stakeholders
    • Experience demonstrating analytical concepts to craft an actionable story to senior management
    • Strong knowledge of analytics concepts across departments and ability to create strategies to optimize product, operational and marketing programs
